Welcome to the world of Roboticon Quest!

In the far distant future, an advanced society of humans have discovered the abandoned University of York campus.

After civil unrest, the society breaks down into groups, each trying to control the new found land using advanced resource gathering robots know as Roboticons.

Whoever controls the most land and resources will become the Vice-Chancellor of the colony!

The Team: Fractal

Members:

Our project team formed as part of our software engineering module for university. We chose our name, Fractal, because like video games, fractals can be considered forms of Art, Mathematics and Computer Science.

Fractals start off simple and gets more and more complex over time until something very intricate and aesthetically pleasing is made. We hope our project parallels this idea, starting off with simple but concrete design ideas, which over the course of many iterations transform into an immersive gaming experience.
